first roll of film

Words can't express how much I love my little AE-1 film camera. I mean, I love all my cameras and feel a sort of friendship bond with all of them. They help me put what is in my head into something tangible. There is something about my film camera though, something that makes it more special than my digital cameras. I love its heavy, solid, metal body, and the way that it feels sturdy and right in my hands. And there is this sort of magic sound when the shutter clicks...

Or maybe all the magic is just because of the film.

All shots are Fuji Superia 400 (Expiration date is unknown, I'm assuming between 2000-2005). This roll served as a test, mostly to see if the camera was working properly and to familiarize myself with the camera and shooting film. Pictures were taken over the course of November 2011.
